COMMODORE'S COVE

KINGSTON

WATERLOT RETIREMENT RESIDENCE

1 - Brief Description

In the two years we have been working on this spectacular waterlot site, we have found Kingston to be a lovely City, rich in heritage, culture and academia. And, we were surprised to discover property values much more commensurate with Toronto values than with our preconception of a City of 170,000 people.

Located on the St. Lawrence River, which waterway was the "highway" to early exploration of the North American interior, Kingston remains the fresh water sailing capital of Canada and a magnet for retirees from the most populace region of Canada - the triangle formed by Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa.

Completion of the Admirals Walk Condominium next door will create a potential source of additional service revenues and a future resident feeder for the Commodore's Cove Kingston Retirement building.
